Healthways Alliance is a faith-based organization that works to advocate for those who are underserved, develop and facilitate partnerships, and address systemic community health disparities. As part of the healing mission of Jesus we do this with dignity and respect.
Our History
Healthways Alliance was founded in August 1998 to further the mission and values of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ (PHJC). The first services were offered in November 1998 in Allen County, Indiana, after the sale of St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne.
